Tieling Metro: sign 1 million kilowatt New Energy Power Generation Project Investment Agreement Securities Times e, Tieling Metro (000809) announced on the evening of April 25, wholly-owned subsidiary Beijing Hezhan Energy Co., Ltd. plans to sign a "Strategic Cooperation Agreement" with the government of Changtu County, Tieling City, Liaoning Province on the wind-solar energy coupling biomass-to-green methanol project, of which the total investment in methanol from biomass is about 1.5 billion yuan. The total investment of Fengguang Energy Terminal is about 3 billion yuan. In addition, the company plans to sign an "Investment Agreement" with the Economic Development Reform and Statistics Bureau of Dachaidan Bureau of Statistics on the 1 million kilowatt new energy power generation project in Haixi Prefecture, with a total investment of about 3.5 billion yuan.
